Tai Chi Move of the Day: Repulsing the Monkey. Step back and behind your front foot, then twist like a turnstile. Meanwhile, the hands push/pull – pushing on the side of the new front foot. In between jumping from thought to thought on the one hand, and and tightly holding onto an old idea on the other hand lies the Freedom of the REAL YOU.
